FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied for noise suppression of spectral data in projection area. This invention consists in fact that projection data are received. Projection data are generated by spectral detector and include two or more independent measurements with energy resolution, in which at least one of above two or more measurements has first photon statistics. Further, method involves generation of measurement in electronic format subjected to noise suppressing, for at least one of above two or more measurements with first photon statistics. Noise-suppressed measurement has second photon statistics, which is better than first photon statistics.
EFFECT: technical result is possibility of noise suppression of spectral data in projection area, which enables to increase quality of spectral image generation.
