FIELD: radio electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio electronics, specifically to a quartz piezoelectric cell, which is basis of highly stable quartz crystals or oscillators, and more particularly, invention relates to a quartz piezoelectric cell slice of AT, made by a third on a mechanical harmonic frequency from 20 to 120 MHz. Piezoelectric element comprises a crystalline element in form of a plate, on front and rear surfaces of which are respectively first and second film exciting electrodes. First film exciting electrode comprises a first central part disposed on a front surface of crystal element in zone of intersection of its optical and electrical axes, a first peripheral portion disposed on front surface of crystal element in a zone adjacent to its end surface, and electrically connected to first central portion and a second peripheral portion disposed on rear surface of crystal element in a zone adjacent to its end surface, and electrically connected to first peripheral portion. Second film exciting electrode comprises a second central portion disposed on rear surface of crystal element in zone of intersection of its optical and electrical axes, third peripheral portion disposed on rear surface of crystal element in a zone adjacent to its end surface, and electrically connected to a second central portion fourth peripheral portion disposed on front surface of crystal element in a zone adjacent to its end surface, and electrically connected to third peripheral portion.
EFFECT: technical result is elimination of frequency hopping at 1st mechanical harmonic during operation.
