SUBSTANCE: invention relates to liquid composition, representing mouth-washing fluid or washing solution for mouth-washing, which contains structuring agent, containing: from 0.01 to 0.5 wt % of colloid polymer of gum type, selected from gellan gum, xanthan gum, and their mixture, from 0.01 to 0.5 wt % of carboxymethylcellulose and from 0.01 to 0.5 wt % of polyacrylate, and orally acceptable water carrier, where value of index of composition flowing rate constitutes less than 0.85.

EFFECT: invention provides shear thinning of composition, greater spreadability on the entire oral cavity, with return to its more viscous state after washing is finished, as well as improved stability for delivery of active substances, improved sensation in mouth and relief of dry mouth symptoms.
