SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, particularly physiotherapeutic devices, and can be used for preventing, treating and pathology proctologic diseases, particularly prostate (prostate): chronic prostatitis and prostate adenoma, prostate tumour, etc. Device for physiotherapeutic magnetic-heat action includes means of magnetic-heat effect, which is capsule, made in form of highly heat transferring, magnetic permeable and biocompatible shell containing at least one compartment, in which is enclosed magnetic material, characterised by ability to heating or cooling of ambient medium when exposing capsule to external electromagnetic field source which is located outside the patient's body, means of temperature control of heating zone of pathology, arranged in capsule, and magnetic-heat action delivery means to zone of pathology. At that, magnetic-heat action is made with possibility of disconnection and connection with means of delivery made in form of catheter-like minimally invasive device.

EFFECT: technical result is assurance of local complex exposure on organ pathology zone without direct connection of magnetic-heat exposure device to external power supply source, as well as possibility of controlled drug preparations release directly in pathology zone.
