The catheter-like member is capable of expanding when being placed into predefined introduced position. The device also has means for locally supplying fluid medicament to organism tissue when the catheter-like member is placed into predefined introduced position, and heating unit servicing for warming organism tissue when the catheter-like member is placed into predefined introduced position. The delivering means has supply canal for delivering medicament into balloon. Balloon boundary wall is permeable for fluid medicament to pass through. The catheter-like member being placed into predefined introduced position, fluid medicament is delivered into the balloon via supply canal and causes balloon expansion and local fluid medicament supply to organism tissue via balloon boundary wall.
