SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and represents method of producing biopack for long-term storage of biological cells and fractions in liquid nitrogen at -196 °C, characterised by the fact that biopack carrying capacity is inner transparent tissue of swimming bladder, consisting of single-layer flat epithelium taken from the living fishes.
EFFECT: invention implementation ensures creation of favourable conditions for storing biological cells in cryogenic conditions.
