FIELD: medical science.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to reproductive medicine and clinical embryology, and may be used for increasing a rate of oocyte fertilization by sperm cells. What is used is extracellular vesicles of male seminal plasma recovered from seminal plasma. Then they are co-cultured with testicular sperm cells immediately prior to the fertilization procedure by ICSI in a modified Petri dish.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the frequency of fertilization at the embryological stage of infertility treatment programs by assisted reproductive technologies, fertilization of larger number of female germ cells, which ultimately increases number of embryos suitable for transfer into uterine cavity and/or cryopreservation.
