FIELD: performing operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of producing collagen-containing products. Method of producing dry micropowder from fish scales involves washing, cleaning from mucus, drying the obtained collagen, wherein the collected fish scales are cleaned from mucus by washing in hot water for 10-20 s or in 9 % vinegar solution, after which they are repeatedly washed in running water. Further, air drying of fish scales is carried out at temperature of 20-23 °C for 48 hours. Then dried fish scales are crushed into particles with size of not more than 0.3 mm, mixed with pumpkin seeds and almonds crushed to size of not more than 0.3 mm, mixture is additionally subjected to mechanical activation in planetary ball mill at speed of rotation of grinding bodies of 500 rpm for 20-25 minutes.

EFFECT: proposed method of producing dry micropowder from fish scales provides expansion of the range of products for producing high-protein products suitable for making medical, cosmetic and food products and agents.
