FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and can be used in radio engineering, electrical engineering industries, in instrument engineering and in machine building. For production of parts without scales and with hardness from 250 to 254 HV their heat treatment is carried out by heating on steel trays in electric furnace with open-type heaters to temperature of 830-870 °C, holding for 10-20 minutes at this temperature and cooling jointly with furnace, then part is immersed in water-salt solution, subjected to magnetic treatment by passing it at rate of 8-10 l/min through row of permanent magnets with magnetic field intensity of 1500, 1700, 1900, 2200, 1900 Oersted respectively and containing mixture of 5-8 % aqueous solution of sodium carbonate and 0.7-0.9 % aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid at ratio of 1:1, maintenance is performed in said solution for 55-65 minutes at temperature of 18-25 °C.
EFFECT: production of parts without scales.
