FIELD: medicine; biology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to luminescence analysis, particularly for medical diagnostics of biological compounds and structures. Disclosed are compounds which are chelate-forming carbazoles of general formula 1, having two symmetric fluorine-containing β-dicarbonyl substituents in positions 3 and 6, as well as N-carboxyl-containing spacer. Compounds have good chelating ability with respect to ions of rare-earth elements, particularly europium, and form with it intense long-luminescent complexes excited with light with wavelength of 375 nm. Through a carboxyl-containing spacer, direct conjugation with biomolecules can be carried out, as a result of which the compounds can be used as molecular type markers or in the form of nanodispersions in various versions of analysis based on biospecific interactions. Detection of complexes is possible on both solid and liquid phases.
