FIELD: photography.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an electrophotographic element for use in an electrophotographic device, a process cartridge and an electrophotographic device having an electrophotographic element. Described is an electrophotographic element comprising a substrate, an elastic layer and a surface layer containing urethane resin, urethane resin has a substructure A, having at least one structure selected from a group consisting of structures of structural formulae (1) - (7), between adjacent two urethane links, and further has substructure B, derived from reaction of a compound represented by structural formula (8) with a polyisocyanate, where n is an integer of 1 or more and 4 or less, each R3 group is independently below group R3A or below R3B group, provided that at least four groups of R3 are R3A, R3A represents any one group selected from group consisting of following groups (a) - (c): (a) a hydroxyalkyl group, having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, (b) aminoalkyl group having from 2 to 8 carbon atoms, and (c) a group represented by following structural formula (9) where m is an integer of 2 or more and 3 or less and R5 represents an alkylene group having 2 to 5 carbon atoms; R3B represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and R4 represents an alkylene group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms. Also described is a process cartridge with developer transfer element, wherein process cartridge is configured to be connected to main body of an electrophotographic device and disconnection from it, developer transfer element is above electrophotographic element. Disclosed is an electrophotographic device equipped with electrophotographic photosensitive element and developer transfer element, located opposite electrophotographic photosensitive element, for toner feeding to an electrophotographic photosensitive element, wherein developer transfer element is above electrophotographic element. structural formula (8) structural formula (9).
EFFECT: technical result is providing quality electrophotographic element, which has excellent ability to recover from deformation at high temperature and high humidity, and which also meets requirements for resistance to film formation at a low temperature and low humidity.
