FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed element has photosensitive layer made on substrate. Electro-photographic sensitive element has surface layer containing silicon- or fluorine-containing compound. Said surface layer has assemblage of independent buries sections. If buried section main axis diameter is Rpc and distance between deeper section and buried section hole surface is Rdv, then Rdv varies from 0.1 mcm to 10.0 mcm, while Rdv-to-Rpc ratio (Rdv/Rpc) varies from 0.3 to 7.0.
EFFECT: smooth surface, easier cleaning in long repeated use.
