FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric engineering, in particular, to manufacturing technology of electric machines. the method for manufacture of magnetic circuits for axial electric machines includes cutting of coiled cold-rolled electric steel, in the process of pulling motion, simultaneously into specific number of strips of specific width and quantity; prior to assembly, one cuts slots in the strips and performs annealing; then each strip is wound onto an individual inner ferromagnetic ring of specific diameter with subsequent on-pressing of a corresponding number of external ferromagnetic rings of corresponding diameters onto a steel package of design external diameter. Further two thin-wall removable cylindrical partitions of different diameters are set between each external and internal cylinder thus forming coaxial surfaces symmetric in regard to the centre; into a cavity between them homogeneous mass is filled with further removal of thin-wall removable cylindrical partitions and their pressing in axial direction.

EFFECT: reduced consumption of constructional materials per active power unit with even magnetic saturation provided along their active part.
