SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the novel derivatives of 2-arylbenzofurane-7-formamide of general formula where R₁ and R₂ each independently on each other represent hydrogen, linear or branched C₁-C₄-alkyl, C₃-C₄-cycloalkyl or substituted 5- or 6-membered heterocycle, containing oxygen or nitrogen; or R₁ and R₂ together with N form a non-substituted or substituted saturated 5- or 6-membered heterocycle, containing at least one heteroatom, where the heteroatom represents O, N and S, the substituent represents methyl on N; R₃ represents a hydrogen atom or a chlorine atom; R₄ represents a hydrogen atom or a fluorine atom; X represents CH, CF or N; and Y represents CH, CF or N, or its pharmacologically or physiologically acceptable salt, as well as to a method for obtaining thereof and application in obtaining anti-tumour and anti-inflammation medications.
