FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preventive medicine and aims at predicting body sensitisation to formaldehyde in adolescents. Disclosed is a method, comprising blood analysis for relative number of eosinophils, relative content of auto-AT to membrane antigens pulmonary parenchyma and calculating a diagnostic coefficient using a formula. If y is less than 0.5, absence of organism reaction to formaldehyde and absence of body sensitisation to it is determined. If y is greater than 0.5 reaction to formaldehyde is considered to be positive and body sensitisation to formaldehyde is predicted.
EFFECT: invention provides effective prediction of body sensitisation to formaldehyde.
