SUBSTANCE: β2-glucoprotein autoantibodies content is determined in the workers serum, as well as interleukin-2 and diagnostic factors F1 and F2 by the formula: F1=-30.25+1.51 A1+47.93 A2; F2=-26.02+1.08 A1+32.02 A2, where F1 and F2 are diagnostic factors, -30.25 and -26.02 are constants, 1.51; 47.93; 1.08; 32.02 are discriminatory factors; A1-2 are graduations and survey numeric values: A1 is the level of β2-glucoprotein autoantibodies, r. u.; A2 is the content of interleukin-2, pg/ml; at F1 exceeding F2, changes characteristic of professional TPB are diagnosed, at F1 less than F2 a conclusion is made about the presence of professional asthma.
