SUBSTANCE: system comprises a signal post-controlled radio block system (RBC) based on a self-blocking system with block-signals arranged between the signal posts and controlled by devices for controlling track vacancy. The devices for controlling track vacancy and/or block-signals are connected by radio equipment with the RBC for transmitting an occupied/shutdown or free state thereof.
