FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: claimed procedure of the application of duplex heat-and-water-proof insulation consists of layer-by-layer winding of the heat-and-water-proof insulation layer based on the polymer mix of phenolic foam and an outer damp-proof rubber layer based on synthetic rubbers. Then, stitching and thermal processing in a vulcanising heater is performed. It differs from the known processes in that winding and stitching are performed in an as-heated state at 65-90°C. Foaming and curing of the inner heat-proofing are conducted in the vulcanising heater at 115-135°C for 30-60 minutes along with the deformation of the outer water-proofing rubber layer. Curing of the outer water-proof layer is conducted in the same vulcanising heater at 143-170°C for 45-90 minutes.
EFFECT: higher adhesion between heat- and water-proof layers, ruled out cracking at transportation, assembly and operation.
