SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in digital transmission systems. For this purpose, method involves breaking down information analogue signal into n strips and formation using Hilbert transformation of each strip analogue signal semi-permanent and variable analogue signals associated with parameters of instantaneous frequency and amplitude envelope of Hilbert's strip analogue signal. Then from variables of analogue signals at second and third stages of modulation decomposition quasi-permanent and variable analogue signals associated with parameters of instantaneous frequency and Hilbert's amplitude envelope of these variables of analogue signals are generated again. Recovered on first, second and third stages modulation decomposition parameters after digitizing are transmitted to receiving side, where analogue signal is restored on their basis.

EFFECT: high quality of transmitting information of analogue signals and reduced speed of digital signal.
