FIELD: emulsification and dispersion colloidal systems; photo-chemical, food- processing, pharmaceutical and microbiological industries. SUBSTANCE: stators of proposed apparatus are connected with housing by means of flanges and cylindrical bushes which are engageable; their inner diameter exceeds diameter of drive shaft; they form inner cavities together with said shaft which are communicated with inlet branch pipes; outer cavities formed between stators and housing are communicated with outlet branch pipe; inner and outer cavities are communicated through radial holes made in bush bodies. Working surfaces of blades and radial slots are made with variable deflection from rotor radius by angles with vertices lying on intersection of radius with circles of inner surfaces of rim and cylinder of respective rotor pulsating pair at reduction with increase of distance from axis of rotation. Radial slots on one of stators are shifted relative to other slots by half angle between adjacent radial slots of first and last stages of rotor pulsating pairs by turning around of axis of rotation of rotor. Bushes are provided with dampers changing flow area of radial holes; they are made in form of rings with ports coaxial relative to radial hole. Hollow cylinders located inside bushes are connected with first rim of rotor at one end and are provided with slots on other end for opening radial holes during rotation of rotor.
