SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication. Disclosed is DBA method, comprising obtaining size of upstream data and report on dynamics of bandwidth (DBRU) current transfer container (TCONT), assessment of value of current TCONT bandwidth estimation; implementation of calculating bandwidth allocation in accordance with value assessment of bandwidth of current TCONT and information about service level agreements (SLA), configured in advance to obtain values of the distribution of bandwidth of current TCONT.

EFFECT: disclosed is a device for DBA and system XG PON which considering values of adaptive compensation of negative feedback during bandwidth allocation can accurately distribute bandwidth for various TCONT in cases with different service information, thus preventing appearance of problem of low-flow, for example, communication error or statistical error, and reaching adaptive compensation of pass band, while realising accurate bandwidth allocation, therefore preventing packet loss caused by insufficient bandwidth distribution, and unnecessary bandwidth usage occurring as a result of excess bandwidth allocation.
