FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used for protection of objects radio electronic devices. Method of creating passive jamming by simulating target based on scattering of incident electromagnetic field on object coating consists in fact that dispersion of incident electromagnetic field is provided on object material having inductive impedance, in which under effect of incident electromagnetic field is formation of surface wave propagation rate, slower diffracting and retransmission in space.
EFFECT: technical result is creation of radar portrait of object with sizes larger compared with actual size of object.
