FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: skin is incised along line of spinous processes, wherein upper point of incision is determined depending on detected pathology, and lower point of incision is performed to second level or below sacral vertebrae. Expose posterior vertebral parts of bone tissue. Fixing elements are installed on vertebrae from both sides. Exposing bone tissue of posterior and middle one-third of ridges iliac bones on both sides. Partially exposed external and internal surfaces of wings of ilium. Fixation device is assembled, at least for part of person thoracic and/or lumbar parts to pelvis.
EFFECT: invention can be used for tool fixation, of at least part of thoracic and/or lumbar spine to pelvis in various diseases.
