SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production method for preserved snack. Method comprises preparation of recipe ingredients. Calamari fillet is cut and blanched following with fresh ornamental cabbages cutting and freezing, spring onion and greens cutting. Listed components are mixed with acetic acid, sugar, salt, calcium or magnesium glutamate and black hot pepper. Produced mixture and vegetable oil are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: method enables to produce new canned food using nonconventional vegetable raw materials.
