SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with manufacturing tinned snacks. It is necessary to cut and freeze new white head cabbage, cut apples, green onions and greens, cut and blanch squid's fillet. The components mentioned should be mixed at oxygen-free technique with cranberry, acetic acid, sugar, common salt, calcium or magnesium glutamate and hot black pepper to pack the mixture obtained and vegetable oil followed by sealing and sterilization. This enables to obtain new canned food out of the known culinary dish being of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dish.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
