SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to experimental pathophysiology and surgery. Changes in the perfusion volumetric rate of the isolated aortic segment after the introduction of norepinephrine and acetylcholine into the perfusate are recorded. In this case, a quantitative assessment of the severity of vasomotor endothelial dysfunction (VDE) is carried out according to the degree of vasodilation using the formula. When the value of the degree of vasodilation is equal to or greater than 1.6, VDE is evaluated as normal. At the value that is equal to or greater than 0.8 and up to 1.6, moderately pronounced VDE is diagnosed. At the value that is equal to or greater than 0 and up to 0.8, pronounced VDE is diagnosed. At negative values, extreme intensity of VDE is diagnosed and the effect of paradoxical vasospasm in response to the introduction of acetylcholine into the perfusate.

EFFECT: method allows to carry out direct quantitative assessment of the severity of vasomotor dysfunction of the endothelium of an isolated vessel, to study the effect of endothelioprotective drugs on the vasoreactive properties of the endothelium in the absence of neurohumoral effects of the body.
