FIELD: physics; power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of operation of nuclear power plants. Tool is intended for remote visual search, extracting foreign objects, process waste and solid radioactive materials from inner cavities of fuel channels of reactor and heat carrier circuits. Device consists of a control unit and a probe, which has on a working end grip with radiation-resistant television camera configured for video documentation and illumination system. Tool can have following modifications: equipped with device for penetrant flaw detection, equipped with device for detecting radiation, has a temperature sensor, horizon indicator, thermoelectric converter.
EFFECT: reducing time costs during preventive maintenance of reactor.
