SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to underwater equipment for cutting, in particular to a tool designed to work under water for emergency disconnection of clamping connection device when emergency disconnection of said underwater clamping connection device (14) is impossible. Tool is adapted for operation with remote control by means of remote-controlled operational underwater vehicle. Tool comprises case-holder (7) of clamping connection device (14) made for coupling and connection to case of clamping connection device (14), rotary tubular saw (11) mounted on casing (7), rotating engine (1) of drive connected with tubular saw (11), and cylinder unit (4, 5) with piston (3). Cylinder unit (4, 5) with piston (3) allows supplying rotary tubular saw (11) in case of clamping connection device (14) around its jacking screw in order to separate compression screw together with threaded part of said clamping connecting device (14) from body of clamping connection device (14).

EFFECT: safer disconnection, providing sharp and careful disconnection of device.
