SUBSTANCE: invention relates to infant surgery. For prediction of clinical course of ulcers Necrotizing Enterocolitis in newborns leukogram characteristic is determined (X1), as: regeneration shift - 1, normopenia - 2, leukopenia - 3; presence or absence of signs of injury respiratory system (X2), as pneumonia - 1, hypoplasia of light - 2, cystic pulmonary injury - 3, syndrome respiratory disorders - 4, complex defects and pulmonary disease - 5, no signs of injury respiratory system - 6; serum level (ng/ml) of matrix metalloproteinases 2 type (X3); calprotectin concentration (mcg/g) in feces (X4); serum level (ng/ml) inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinases 9 type (X5); value of scale for evaluating severity of multiple organ disorders SOFA score (X6). Predicted for ulcers Necrotizing enterocolitis in newborn by formula: d=-7.148+X1*(0.915)+X2*-0.292+X3*0.005+X4*0.002+X5*0.001+X6*0.201, where X1,2,3,4,5,6 are numerical values of parameters of patient, and if d is from 0 to -1.258 - prognosis is favourable, while when d is from 0 to 2.124 - high probability of lethal outcome.
EFFECT: method enables high-accuracy prediction for ulcerous-Necrotizing Enterocolitis in newborns by using correlation-regression analysis.
