FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of separation of oil, and can be used in ship separators for cleaning oil. Method for separation of oil involves preliminary heating of crude oil, separation, production of refined oil and residue. At that, raw oil is preliminarily heated in heater to temperature of 58-60 °C. Then oil by poured compound tubes, saw-like stator winding of separator is additionally heated by heat generation in windings and motor stator magnetic conductors of separator. Then in end and cylindrical parts of separator, simultaneously being motor rotor separator, oil is heated to temperature of 65-70 °C, required for separation. Besides, at that oil is subjected to electromagnetic field with axial and cylindrical parts of motor stator separator.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption and intensified oil separation.
