FIELD: oil, food, medical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for separating liquid polydisperse systems, in particular to electrical equipment for separation, and can be used in oil, food, medical and other industries, for example, for separating oil in oil fields, for cleaning oil on ship separators, for separation milk and other polydisperse liquid systems. The centrifugal separator contains a housing and an electric motor stator mounted in it and a rotor made in form of a separator drum, while the electric motor stator is rigidly fixed in the housing and contains a cylindrical magnetic circuit, in the grooves of which the first winding is laid, and an axial magnetic circuit, in the grooves of which the second winding is laid, with an external retaining ring, in the upper part of which there are hemispherical recesses, in which non-ferromagnetic balls are laid, wherein the first and second windings are connected in series, their frontal parts are wrapped in tubes for cooling the stator and heating the separated product and are monolithic with a compound, and the rotor, made in form of a separator drum, contains a package of separating plates, a plate holder, a tightening ring with a hole, a connecting tube connecting the inner part of the rotor, made in form of a drum, with the outlet of pipes for cooling the stator and heating the separated product, and a base with a central tube, made with an annular groove of a semicircular cross-section, by means of which the rotor, made in form of a drum, is rotatably mounted on non-ferromagnetic balls, and in the upper conical part of the rotor, at an equal distance from each other, three hemispherical recesses are made, in which non-ferromagnetic balls are laid, and a cover is additionally installed on the upper part of the housing, the lower base of which is rigidly attached along the circumference to the upper part of the housing, while the cover is made in form of a lateral surface of a truncated cone with an annular groove of a semicircular section in its upper inner part, by means of which it is fitted on non-ferromagnetic balls laid in hemispherical recesses in the upper conical part of the body.
EFFECT: improvement of liquid polydisperse systems separation.
