FIELD: polydisperse liquid systems.

SUBSTANCE: distinctive feature of the separation method is that the initial polydisperse liquid is preheated to the temperature required for separation by successively passing the original polydisperse liquid through tubes encircling the separator stator windings and filled with compound, due to heat release in the windings and magnetic circuits of the separator motor stator, then through the heater, after which through the end and cylindrical parts of the separator drum, which at the same time is the rotor of the separator electric motor. To obtain an output product of a given quality with a changing density of the supplied initial polydisperse liquid during the separation process, the electric drive control system sets a new nominal speed of rotation of the separator drum corresponding to the changed density of the initial polydisperse liquid during the separation process.

EFFECT: improved quality of separation of polydisperse liquid systems and reduced energy consumption during separation.
