FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for separation of liquid polydisperse systems, in particular to electrical equipment for separation, and can be used in oil, food, medical and other industries, for example, for oil separation at oil fields, for oil cleaning on ship separators, for separation of milk and other polydisperse liquid systems. Separator for polydispersed liquid systems is characterized by that it comprises housing and motor stator and rotor mounted in it, made in form of separator drum, wherein electric motor stator is rigidly fixed in housing and comprises cylindrical magnetic core, in slots of which first winding is laid, and an axial magnetic core in whose slots the second winding is laid, with an outer shroud ring, in the upper part of which there are hollows of a hemispherical shape, into which non-ferromagnetic balls are laid, wherein the first and second windings are connected in series, their front parts are entwined with tubes for cooling the stator and heating of the separated product and are soldered with a compound, and the rotor made in the form of a separator drum is rigidly fixed on an axis installed in bearing supports, and comprises a stack of separation plates, plate holder, a tie-down ring with a hole, a connecting tube connecting the inner part of the rotor, made in the form of a drum, to the outlet of the stator cooling pipes and heating of the separated product, and base with central tube, made with annular grooves of semicircular section, by means of which rotor made in the form of drum is installed with possibility of rotation on non-ferromagnetic balls.

EFFECT: improving reliability due to reduction of air gap between rotor base made in the form of separator drum, and axial magnetic conductor and rotor side elements made in the form of separator drum, and cylindrical magnetic conductor, as well as reducing power consumption, reducing weight of wires of stator windings and dimensions of separator, minimizing probability of contact of rotating rotor, made in form of separator drum, with axial and cylindrical magnetic conductors.
