FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparation of epoxy binder for heat-resistant polymer composite materials based on fibrous filler, which can be used in aviation, machine-, auto- and shipbuilding industries. Epoxy binder contains, wt%: polyfunctional epoxy resin 38.0-55.0, latent curing agent 1.0-4.0, hardener 4.4'-diaminodiphenylsulphone 18.5-27.8, epoxy diane resin or mixture of resins 21.0-40.0. Binder may additionally contain inorganic filler in amount of 0.5-5.0%. Disclosed is a prepreg containing said epoxy binder, fibrous filler with following ratio, wt%: epoxy binder 30.0-50.0, fibrous filler 50.0-70.0. Article is obtained by moulding prepreg.
EFFECT: technical result is production of heat resistant articles from polymer composite materials with operating temperature up to 180 °C and improved mechanical properties.
