Method includes, in an ascitic fluid, determining level of marker HE4, if its value is 244.1 ± 22.7 pmol/l, ascitic-infiltrative form of ovarian cancer, and if value is 43.5 ± 4.8 pmol/l, abdominal tuberculosis.

EFFECT: method improves results of differential diagnosis of ovarian cancer of ascitic-infiltrative form and abdominal tuberculosis.
