FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: detecting element of linear compression-tension force detector has a mechanical deformation transformer (MDT) on whose cantilever of which primary detecting elements (PDE) are installed on two sides in form of piezoelectric crystal resonators. The MDT used is a plate made from composite material. Inside the plate there is a flat spiral cantilever on which PDE are symmetrically soldered on two sides, where terminal pads of the PDE and wires running to the PDE are made by etching a deposited metal layer. The flat spiral cantilever narrows from the point of its attachment to the point of application of the measured forces and at the points of installation of the PDE, the spiral cantilever has lateral depressions or through holes. On the non-deformed area of the plate, the MDT has a primary printed electrical circuit for exciting and processing PDE signals and a socket for connecting external devices. The PDE are in form of passive piezoelectric crystal resonators on surface acoustic waves (SAW) and the etched printed conductor strips of the MDT are in form of a flat electromagnetic antenna connected to terminal pads of the passive piezoelectric crystal resonators on SAW.

EFFECT: improved functionality, reliability, accuracy of measurement and simplification and reduced price of the device.
