FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing a combination of steviol glycosides used as sweeteners in food industry. Disclosed is a method of producing a combination of two or more steviol glycosides, involving extraction of stevia leaves with hot water, purification of the total extract and separation of a combination of two or more steviol glycosides by continuous chromatography, where continuous chromatography is carried out using gradient elution with two or more solvents, and a temperature gradient, where two or more solvents contain water, and where a combination of two or more steviol glycosides contains less than 25 % by weight of rebaudioside A.

EFFECT: disclosed is a novel effective complex separation method which enables to separate a combination of two or more steviol glycosides from stevia extract.
