FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: composition modifying sweetness is proposed containing one or more high-intensity sweetener selected from steviolic glycosides, such as stevioside, rebaudioside A, rebaudioside B, rebaudioside C, rebaudioside D, rebaudioside E, rebaudioside F, rebaudioside G, rebaudioside H, rebaudioside I, rebaudioside J, rebaudioside K, rebaudioside L, rebaudioside M, rebaudioside N, rebaudioside O, dulcoside A, dulcoside B, rubuzoside and naringenin dihydrochalcone; and/or mogrosides, such as mogroside III, mogroside IIIx, mogroside IV, siamenoside, neomogroside and mogroside V; and a low-effective sweetener of 11-O-mogroside V. A ratio of one or more high-intensity sweetener and low-effective sweetener ranges from 2:1 to 12:1. The composition modifying sweetness is intended for use in a sweetened composition in the amount having sweetness less than sweetness equivalent to 1.5% by wt./vol. of sucrose, or below a sweetness recognition threshold.
EFFECT: invention provides a product with necessary properties.
