FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device for selection of surgical treatment of glaucoma consists of disk of larger diameter, on front side of which there is disk of smaller diameter. Disks are secured on one axis with possibility of rotation relative to each other. Disk of larger diameter is divided into four equal sectors arranged from front side, each of which, in its turn, is divided by lines of concentric circles into three zones, peripheral, middle and central, where each sector is intended for indicating state of lens and is equipped with appropriate marks arranged in peripheral zone. Middle and central zones in each sector are designed to indicate recommended surgeries and have corresponding marks. Disk of smaller diameter is divided into two equal sectors with designation forms of glaucoma, in each of which there is opening. Location and geometric dimensions of openings provided at turning disk of smaller diameter at certain angle simultaneous visualisation marks of middle zone of one sector and marks of central zone of opposite sectors.
EFFECT: using given invention enables fast and accurate determination of volume of surgical treatment with minimisation of medical errors.
