SUBSTANCE: state of angle of anterior chamber (AAC) of eye and state of lengs are determined. In case of unstabilised open-angle glaucoma and presence of native lens, phacoemulsification (PE) is carried out with implantation of intraocular lens (IOL) and hypotensive component, which is represented by microgoniopuncture. In case of narrow-angled or closed-angled glaucoma and presence of native les, FE is performed with IOL implantation. In case of unstabilised glaucoma of artiphakic eye with complete opening of AAC, microshunting is performed, and if microshunting is not effective, cyclodestructive operation is performed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve or preserve visual functions in patients with glaucoma, achieve long stabilisation of glaucoma process.
