FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for connection/disconnection of electrical equipment. Invention consists in that switching device comprises circuit insulation and switching control circuit is configured to include bidirectional semiconductor switch (M1, M2) in response to supply voltage, supplied through the circuit of shift voltage sources, obtained from power circuit, or at least one control signal sent through circuit insulation; wherein said control circuit has latch, and above circuit comprises signal converter or photon-coupled pair for supply of said at least one control signal circuit signal processing for generating control commands, which will be fed to said latch circuit.
EFFECT: technical result is design of bidirectional semiconductor switch (M1, M2) with very low power consumption control and compensation circuit of feedback, which enables reliable starting of switch and principal device after unlimited at duration of interruptions in supply of power from electric mains.
