SUBSTANCE: method involves determination of peripheral blood of cytomegalovirus antibody titre, gas-chromatographic determination of content of palmitic acid in peripheral blood of pregnant woman, placental homogenate and calculation of cores in apoptosis in placental plasmodium villi. If cytomegalovirus antibody titre is 1:1600, high content of palmitic acid in pregnant woman's peripheral blood in third trimester of gestation to 30.30±0.27 %, and in placental homogenate of expectant mother to 34.50±0.46 % and increasing number of cores in placental plasmodium villi in apoptosis to 3.5±0.02 % risk of forming foetoplacental system and fetal development.
EFFECT: invention can be used for assessing threatened foetoplacental formation and fetal development with underlying aggravated cytomegaloviral infection in third trimester of gestation.
