FIELD: medicine; optical system.

SUBSTANCE: quartz fibre light guide connected to laser, supplies laser radiation to processed section, outlet end of fibre-optic guide with high-temperature broadband light-absorbing coating, which retain their absorption and mechanical properties for long time, is thermo-optical tool for cutting and coagulation. Method of producing fibre laser scalpel with thermo-optical tip consists in blackening of output end of fibre-optic guide by applying prepared colloidal solution of graphite powder in organosilicon lacquer on end and on adjacent cylindrical part (about 0.5 mm) of fibre-optic light guide, which allows long support on high temperature due to absorption of optical radiation of laser. Method also includes drying and inspection.

EFFECT: disclosed is method of fibre laser scalpel producing.
