FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical laser apparatuses, namely to laser surgery of biotissues. A method uses two infrared wavelengths supplied to an incision by the same optic fibre. The first laser light is generated by a fibre laser containing Er-activated fibre. A wavelength is 1.5÷1.75 mcm, a power is 30 Wt. The laser light exposure provides the haemostasis of the exposed biotissue. Another light is used for the incision of the biotissue segment inside the post-haemostasis region. A wavelength is 1.87÷2.05 mcm, a power is up to 100 Wt; the light is generated by a pulse fibre laser containing Tm-activated fibre. A biotissue incision device consists of two laser sources generating the infrared light supplied through an optical combiner to the incision along the optic fibre. The optic fibre is connected through an optical connector to a working instrument. Operating modes of the laser sources are independently adjusted by means of a controller connected to a display and control panel.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides the reliable haemostasis of the biotissues, including the blood-filled organs by a optimum combination of the exposures in two ranges and a consequence thereof.
