METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF PREGNANCY IN VITRO FERTILISATION AND EMBRYO TRANSFER Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC G01N33/53

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for prediction of pregnancy in extracorporeal fertilization (EF) and embryo transfer (ET) programs. For this purpose, to blood urea content, leukocyte count, and lymphocyte percentage are determined. Calculating diagnostic index by formula: D=0.67×X₁+0.07×X₂-0.25×X₃-3.95, where values X are parameters of: X₁ is urea concentration in blood serum, mmol/l; X₂ is relative lymphocyte count, ×10⁹/l; X₃ is total leukocyte count in blood, ×10⁹/l. If D is more than 0 onset of pregnancy is predicted as result of the EF and ET programs. If D is less than 0 inefficient attempt of EF and ET programs and absence of pregnancy are predicted.

EFFECT: using given method enables detecting of risk group with ineffective attempt EF and ET programs even at stage of preparation for performance of this procedure.
