METHOD OF PREDICTING RISK OF MISCARRIAGE AT EARLY TERM AFTER IN VITRO FERTILISATION AND TRANSFER OF EMBRYOS IN PATIENTS WITH INFERTILITY OF TUBOPERITONEAL GENESIS Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC G01N33/53

SUBSTANCE: method includes determination of absolute quantity of leukocytes and lymphocytes, CD3⁺-, CD4⁺-, CD3^-CD16,56⁺-populations of lymphocytes in venous blood by method of flow cytometry, with further calculation of prognostic index (PI). If PI is smaller than -0.1, conclusion about favourable prediction of pregnancy carrying after in vitro fertilisation and transfer of embryos in patients with infertility of tuboperitoneal genesis, is made, in case if PI is higher than 0.1, high risk of pregnancy miscarriage in first trimester is predicted, if PI is higher than -0.1 but lower than 0.1, patient is referred to group of risk of early pregnancy miscarriage. Claimed method will make it possible to determine probability of preserving pregnancy in each particular patient as a result of IVF and ER. Specificity of claimed method constitutes 83.3%, sensitivity - 81.3%. Method efficiency is 82.3%.

EFFECT: possibility of early diagnostics of threat of pregnancy miscarriage at early term.
