FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: what is presented is a method for prediction of the embryo quality in the extracorporeal fertilisation (EF) programme in females suffering salpingoperitoneal sterility by examination of peripheral venous blood. Ovarian stimulation is followed by leukocyte analysis for class II HLA gene polymorphism. Detecting the alleles DQB1*06 and/or DRB1*13 enables predicting the high-quality embryos with no alleles DQB1*06 and DRB1*13 ensuring predicting the low-quality embryos.
EFFECT: invention provides the effective method for prediction the embryo quality before the ovarian stimulation that enables the well-timed correction of an approach to the patient.
