FIELD: medicine, obsteriscs.

SUBSTANCE: presence of adnexitis in anamnesis, presence in phenotype of HLA - antigens of B18, Cw3, Cw4 and number of thrombocytes in coagulogramme are established in woman. Prognostic index F is calculated by the following formula: F=1.4×X1-1.3×X2-2.4×X3-2.1×X4+0.019×X5-2.5; where X1- presence (or absence) in woman phenotype HLA - antigen of B18 (1, or 0); X2 - presence (or absence) in woman phenotype HLA - antigen of Cw3 (1, or 0); X3 - presence (or absence) in woman phenotype HLA - antigen of Cw4 (1, or 0); X4 - presence (or absence) in anamnesis of adnexitis (1, or 0); X5 - number of thrombocytes in coagulogramme (10⁹/l). If F is greater than 0, successful outcome of ECF and ET is predicted; if F is less than 0, conclusion of inexpediency of ECF at given stage is made because of assumed absence of positive ECF result.

EFFECT: accurate distribution of patients into groups of successful or unsuccessful outcome of conduction ECF.
