SUBSTANCE: invention relates to replaceable load-handling devices. Claimed device comprises housing with moving and stationary magnetic units, moving mechanism control unit. As mechanism to control magnetic unit gear motor with gearing screw-nut is used, which screw or nut are arranged at output of gear motor. Device additionally comprises geared motor control unit and end sensors-switches of extreme positions of movable magnetic units.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of lifting device due to reduction of weight gripping device with simultaneous increase of its reliability.
