FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of spherical powders for small arms. Method comprises feeding powder mass in dispersion medium - water in reactor, adding solvent - ethyl acetate, preparing powder lacquer, dispersion thereof into spherical elements, dehydration thereof with sodium sulphate and solvent is distilled from powder elements by condensation of ethyl acetate vapour in refrigerator in tube space by their cooling tap water supplied to annular space. Condensation of ethyl acetate vapour from reactor is performed in counterflow conditions in tube space of vertically mounted cooler due to supply in turbulent conditions into lower part of annular space of water cooler using a pump from water collector in volume of 10-30 m3. Treated waste water from cooler is continuously collected in a water collector for reuse in closed cycle at condensation of ethyl acetate vapour.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reduction of process water discharge in sewage and recycling of tap water in process cycle.
